We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. At night, we eat in good restaurants and have fun at parties. We are offering our home so that others can have the same experiences we have since 1996!
