Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The apartment, newly built on the 1st floor of an old barn, is about 65 square meters, high-quality and divided into a modern bathroom with floor-level shower and bathtub, a spacious dining kitchen with small stairs to the spacious living room and balcony as well as a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed and views of the countryside.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

The absolute highlight is the impressive stained glass window in the living area, which artfully shows the city silhouette with the sights of Tauberbischofsheim. You will find everything you'll need for your stay. On warm days, the air conditioning ensures pleasant freshness. The Schlossplatz with the Türmersturm is just a stone's throw away - and the most popular bike paths start right on your doorstep.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The stylishly furnished apartment is located directly on the Main overlooking the Marienberg Fortress, the Käppele and the Old Main Bridge, in the so-called small bishop's hat, the former right Main old town of Würzburg. The town hall and the beginning of the pedestrian zone are about 300 meters, the Würzburg Residence is within walking distance in 8-10 minutes. A tram stop is just 150 m away.

Your time out in beautiful Bad Mergentheim starts with a view of the whole city from the large roof terrace. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You can walk to the spa gardens in 5-8 minutes and the city center in 15 minutes. The Solymar thermal baths are also perfectly within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes.
