This apartment was great! We really enjoyed the balcony and everything was very clean! The neighborhood is very quiet. Ben lives in the apartment next door and was very welcoming. We thank him for this stay.

The apartment is super equipped and has everything you need. You are very private and at the same time the host is always available. Mirco is a great host who explains everything in detail and likes to give tips for the area. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the host and accommodation without reservation.

Loved our stay at Phil's Studio. It was super peaceful and functional, brand new! The bed on the mezzanine was really comfortable. It is a little out of the way with little around but very easy to access nevertheless to the center with transportation 5-10 minutes walk away. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood. Phil was very responsive to our messages and pleasant. We stayed there for 6 days and it was perfect.

The listing is exactly as described and photos. It was very clean and you had everything that was needed. The bathroom was a dream with a huge bathtub and an infrared sauna 😍 Check-in went smoothly and it was easy to find. Also the free parking in front is a plus. Communication was flawless. We would book this place again anytime and is definitely recommended. 👍

We felt very comfortable during our stay. We received great tips and were also allowed to use the ping pong table and the conservatory, for example. In addition, the kitchen is excellently equipped (coffee filters, oil, spices, etc.).

We had a memorable weekend in Berlin. We were a group of 7 friends and this place was perfect for us. Place was big and the basement with the pool table was great to hang out in.

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!
