We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

This renovated, light-flooded appartment is situated in one of Berlins most popular neighborhoods and yet is a quiet oasis in a calm street with a beautiful shared garden. The flat consists of a spacious living room with a micro kitchen, a comfortable sleeping room and a bathroom with a walk-in rainforest shower. The place is best suited for 2 guests but contains a convertible sofa that could host 1-2 additional guests. The perfect place to recharge from your visit of this exciting city!

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 17 qm große Studiowohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Küchenzeile ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausgestattet und und verfügt über eine entsprechende Grundausstattung. Das Bad ist separiert und mit einer Dusche (80x80 cm) ausgestattet.

The apartment is in the Steglitz district near the popular Schloßstraße shopping street and the Botanical Garden. The amenities are modern, fast Wi-Fi is available. There are many shopping opportunities nearby. Next to the house is a bus stop with 2 bus lines. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, but there is a balcony where smoking is allowed. There is always plenty of free street parking. Also suitable for longer stays.

My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. The buildings architecture is a true "turn of the century" example.
