“Magnolia” Holiday ECO-Apartment Gordola

The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. The studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Grottino, the modern, bright inlay apartment

Our Casa Rossa offers an independent apartment with the Grottino. It is a 1-room studio, i.e. no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests, it is a space for retreat, relaxation, comfort, own kitchen, sunny living area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (cot available). The house is located in the historic center, in a sunny area, the apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the village. Parking is free, train station is a 3-minute walk.
