The apartment is as described in the announcement, very neat and cozy. Julia helped us a lot during the stay and was very flexible. It's only a little far from the center, but it may have been my mistake since I didn't know the kkkk city... But it was very good, I recommend it!

I really liked Studio da Dona Maria, close to the shops of the fair and the shopping mall of Alto, the Studio was clean organized and the warm shower a wonder rsrsrs, I indicate for sure, Dona Maria was attentive and kind Thank you very much for having us

The stay was excellent, it looked like we were home. Marina is a fine, attentive super person and gave us high tips, we followed some and it was wonderful. The ape is on the main avenue, close to several restaurants, to do everything on foot. Amamos Terê and was super special this findi.

Great place to rest and enjoy with family! The apartment is extremely clean and smelling, and the condominium has several leisure areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within 15 minutes by car. Communication with host Bárbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, taking away all my doubts very kindly. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it might be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and would definitely be back !

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

This is the second time we have stayed at Sany's home and once again we were satisfied. The house is very pleasant, it was clean, with the basic utensils and pampering to receive us. The condominium structure is great, with leisure options for children, teenagers and adults. Great location with market and bakery nearby. We intend to come back more often.

My family and I love Elizabeth's house! It's our second time staying there and we always want to come back. Very well-kept colonial-style house, great bathrooms, backyard with beautiful garden and surrounded by greenery, with varied spaces to appreciate the exuberant nature that surrounds it. Everything in the house is very well organized and easy to access, impeccable bed and bath linens. Elizabeth is a special host, always attentive, available, willing to provide the best for her guests. I highly recommend it.

The house is at the top of the condominium, so it has a good climb. There are stairs and easements to facilitate and shorten the way, and they are a good option. For my group, the location was not a problem. Including it was good because it was further away from the noise of the carnival party. The house is beautiful, fantastic, very well-equipped. It's worth it! The owner is flexible in the guidelines and very attentive. It is a beautiful and very pleasant place to relax and escape the rush of everyday life.

All great! Space integrated with nature, super organized, clean and smelling! Well-equipped Kitchen. We even have a delicious fondue over there ! Room integrated with the kitchen, very cozy. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms with warm water. The garden is all good, exactly as described. The space of Thaís Cristine is perfect for recharging energy!!! Thank you for everything.

Simple and very cozy house. It is very well located within the condominium (next to the club, great for those with kids). The condominium is spectacular, just like the photos, with plenty of space for hiking, games and a very hot pool. We were lucky that by the time they were with children's recreation, with many activities for children. The condominium also has a canteen, with good dining options and with good price. The address is very easy to locate, and has a nearby market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant (within walking distance). The house was clean and with impeccable gardening. The host Ricardo is very requested and responds quickly. We take great memories of the week we spent there and recommend it.

The house is just like the pictures. The place is gorgeous, quiet, and safe. The house is beautiful, well decorated, clean and with useful and necessary items to accommodate for days smoothly. Clean and fragrant bedding and bathing. We were very well accommodated and happy with our stay. The company was impeccable in service, availability and promptness. For us the negatives were: the lack of a washing machine, water filter and the house has some points with humidity, but we clearly realize that it is a problem of the region, since the maintenance was impeccably. We'll definitely be staying more often!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious, well equipped and exactly like in the pictures, but what really surprised us was the structure of the condominium. The site is safe, well taken care of and offers a complete infrastructure to relax and have fun: heated swimming pool, sports courts, gym, leisure area and entertainment for children. The countryside is quiet, perfect for those looking for rest, but with entertainment options for the whole family. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone who wants to combine comfort, leisure and practicality in one place!
