Modern and cozy, our apartment brings the peace and tranquility of the Serra Teresopolitana, with attention to detail for your comfort! Our beautiful apartment has a charming eco-friendly fireplace, a super well-equipped kitchen, a fondue set, a Smart TV and 300MB Wi-Fi. The condominium also provides 24-hour concierge, parking, swimming pool (heated from Thursday to Sunday), sauna, gym and terrace. Excellent location, with easy access to the center and main attractions of the city!
