The property is located in Vale dos Frades (OFF ROAD), 5 km after Cachoeira dos Frades. Its location is privileged because it is close to the famous Três Picos, which give the State Park its name. The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.

Probably (for sure) the quietest place in Teresópolis (ok, the entire state of Rio de Janeiro). Time stops, the breeze is always constant. With an entire horizon as seen from any window. Close enough to civilization for anyone who misses the city. Far enough for anyone who wants to escape the rush, routine, and chaos. Pool, barbecue, wood oven, playground and very green. It's where tranquility chooses to spend almost every weekend.

Mountain chalet

My space is in the amortization area of the 3 Picos State Park and near the Serra dos Orgãos National Park. It is good for couples in a natural, private and romantic environment and for individual adventures or for families with children. Good for hiking, mountaineering and contact with nature. Access to the chalet is via a 3.5 km (15 min) rustic and uneven cement and dirt road from Vargem Grande (Teresópolis).
