The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Welcome to the heart of the natural site of the Hyrôme valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16 th century water mill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

Nice little house in the vineyard of Anjou, close to the golf course of Angers. Located in the Loire Valley, it offers a perfect base for visiting castles and vineyards. Very quiet environment two kilometers from the center of Brissac Loire Aubance. "La société" was the community café of the hamlet of Orgigné in the last century. Terrace appreciated by opacarophiles, parking, wood stove.
