Completely renovated, it has on the ground floor a bedroom with bathroom, an equipped kitchen, and a bright living room (south facing). Upstairs, an attic bedroom, as well as an office. You'll love the peaceful garden and its original terrace with its slate table. Secure car parking and bike shelter.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
