The apartment is located in a 2-family house (in-law apartment) in a cul-de-sac of a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Tettnang. It is about 3 km to the city center. Ravensburger Spieleland is 9 km away. The 60 sqm apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and can accommodate 1-3 people. One free parking space is available in front of the house.

Small cozy apartment (approx. 30 sqm) with cozy sleeping gallery, well-equipped small Kitchen and Swedish oven, with which the apartment is also heated (we are available for questions about heating on site). There is also an electric Wall heating. The FWG is located in a small Residential area near the forest/meadow, has a separate entrance. Hiking trails start directly from the apartment. The Allgäu and Lake Constance are easily accessible by car. No smoking inside the FWG.

Homemade bread from grain, bread service or breakfast on request. Centrally located between Ravensburg, Wangen im Allgäu and Friedrichshafen, Lake Constance is easily accessible in 30 minutes by bike. Bus connection every hour to Friedrichshafen and Wangen. Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am wunderschönen Uferpark und der belebten Promenade. Sie befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, direkt am Bodenseeradweg. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km.
