The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Possibilità di usufruire di uno spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie per pranzi/cene all'aperto. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti, purché di piccola taglia.

Waking up in front of the sea and being equidistant from Cagliari to Villasimius is the best way to start your day. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.
