The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Manu and Mauro are super great landlords. Very helpful, friendly and quick in communication. The apartment is cleaned and as shown in the pictures. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, which of course also bark a lot, but you can still relax.

This was a business trip for us and the venue was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were responsive to enquiries. We hadn’t remembered the additional charge for use of the 2nd bedroom and that we needed to pay cash. It was difficult to find an ATM with cash

Massimo‘s place is an absolute stunner. From the balcony facing the piazza, the incredible ceiling height, the tasteful interior, to the fantastic location for exploring Cagliari. Easily in our top 3 of Airbnb‘s we have ever staid in. Highlight was being right in the Sant‘ Efisio Procession Route on May 1st. What a luxury to watch such a spectacular event from your balcony! Cagliari seems to love clean streets and has a complex garbage collection system. Just be sure you can handle the early morning street cleaning noise and of any events on the piazza, as well as have familiarity with complex recycling systems. We could not have had a better stay and will recommend Massimo‘s place to our friends. Thank you, Massimo!

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

The one-bedroom apartment where I stayed with my wife and son was ideal for the 3 days of vacation in Sant'Antioco. Well located, not too far from downtown (about 20 min walk). For those who have a car, the parking space included is very convenient. The listing matches the description. We appreciated the flexibility in being able to postpone a day of arrival and departure as well as the flexibility for check-in time.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

The view from the terrace is beautiful and the terrace is furnished in such a way that you can sit there and enjoy it. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Paola was excellent. The place is very quiet in winter, that the supermarket and restaurants are closed, Paola told us beforehand.

A beautiful stay! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. Alessia welcomed us warmly (including Sardinian specialties) and gave us many great tips on excursions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very family friendly, with toys, extra blankets and everything you need. You can tell right away how much love is in every detail. When the kettle didn't work on arrival, Alessia brought a new one the next morning. Very accommodating! The garden invites you to linger, including charcoal grill and foosball. Many thanks to Alessia, Christian and Daniela – we felt like family, incredibly comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place! A presto! Tip: The property is about 30 minutes from Cagliari airport. Ideal starting point to explore Sardinia with a rental car.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

House where we left our heart, it was like being at home, equipped with every comfort, furnished with love and really equipped with everything, even hair straightener and everything you need for the kitchen oil,salt,etc… the coffee machine with pods, and accessories for the beach (umbrellas for those who don't have them and toys for children) house near the center about 10 minutes walk (but we always moved by car) but away from the chaos, reserved parking inside the garage very convenient because around the parking lots are impossible to find. The house is beautiful with 3 very comfortable bathrooms, both the one in the garage and the one in the bedroom. Impeccable cleanliness. What can I say about Davide and Alessia, very kind people who welcomed us warmly, even letting us find drinks in the fridge and welcome sweets. Always available I highly recommend this house to those who want to stay in this area. I challenge you to find better.

This place is right across the street from a wonderful beach. The house was clean and looked like the photos. The just met us at the property to show us around and was very friendly. He was also very flexible with check out and we were able to get a late checkout. There is a trail on the far side of the beach that leads up around the hill side to another rocky beach. The house next door was doing renovations and you could hear some of the construction noise, but it was never too loud or at night. The house is about a 5 minute drive to Pula which is a very charming town. Lots of restaurants and shops.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach
