Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Come stay with us at Cedar Creek Lake! We have the perfect house for a small family trip, couples weekend, girls/ guys weekend, or even a fishing trip. Our slice of paradise includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. We have an air mattress or two as well as the couch for those larger groups. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the party dock! Head up there in the evening with a cool drink to check out gorgeous sunset.
