Super easy check in process, all the amenities and space was as described. Kitchen had all the things needed to cook meals at the house, and plenty of rooms and bedding for our 6 year old to try a different bed and bedroom every night! Easy access to the beach as well. Although not in Galveston proper, the ferry is both free and comes frequently and makes for a little fun adventure if excursions to Moody Gardens or other spots desired.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

We are a retired couple wanting to avoid the cold Iowa winters and found Sunny Daze to be the perfect “Home away from home!” Very well furnished, clean, roomy, comfortable and we can’t say enough about the location! It was quite perfect for us!! Definitely top of our list for accommodations!! We loved it!

Overall, we had a great stay. Very minor issues! It's still five stars.

We recently stayed at the Ranch House and it was fantastic. The kids were able to feed the wild animals that roamed around and actually came right up to the deck. The house itself was clean and plenty of room for the 8 of us. All items (laundry, dishwasher and TV worked great). We did the extras offered by RowdyRanch and were not disappointed. We did the pony ride, the Wagon Feed and had the 5 gallon buckets of feed brought to us by RanchHand Ethan. We would 100% come back and plan to. The experience the kids had was unmatched. (if you're afraid of the large animals you can easily stay on the deck and not interact directly). But for those adventurous ones like us, we 'wrangled' the animals to come back with us for feeds and felt comfortable being on the ground with them (but always remembering, they are huge and wild...so respect their space). LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

We loved our stay. Definitely coming back next summer. Only downfall was the abundance of mosquitos everywhere in port a.

We came in town to visit family over Thanksgiving and the DragonFly was a perfect place for my family to stay while we visited. The views and location were great. The house was very well stocked with anything we might need and Michael was very responsive to a few questions that came up throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay again next time we visit Austin.

Great location right in the center of Austin, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. The lake is very low right now but we took a tour of the Canyon Gorge and it was great (shout-out to Ranger Joe). There are deer everywhere so be attentive when driving.

The stay was great right down the street from lake Travis Amanda was amazing and helpful the home was great I recommend!

This was a great cabin to stay at and it’s in a very convenient location with easy access to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone with spacious, comfortable beds. Everything was exceptionally clean & cozy! Highly recommend this cabin for your next beach getaway.

Super cute & very functional. Loved the location near UTMB & still walkable to the Strand. Two living area gave us room to spread out. Love the decor. Comfy sleeping arrangements with lots of little extras. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was amazing. Well cleaned beautiful home for a family fun weekend. It had everything that you would think of beach was literally walking distance from the home. I will definitely rent this home again.

Just as described, lived the privacy and the pool. A little hot outside but would have loved to make use of the fire pit. Would be perfect in the colder months. Over all a very comfortable and secluded stay.

WOW…. Our family of 5 simply loved staying in this historic home built in 1895. I love how the owners updates amplifed the historic charm… well done! We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids loved the downstairs game room. The bikes were a hit as we made a quick bike ride to the Seawall to catch the sunrise! Great central location. 4 minutes to the Strand for shopping and 5 minutes to the seawall and Millers Grill for all day breakfast.

Everything was great. It is an older house but has been redone. Has that older home charm.

This stay was wonderful! Place was clean, comfortable, in fantastic location, AMAZING view, easy to navigate and felt right at home. One of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. I hope to return and stay here again! 15/10 recommend.

Everything was great! The place was so relaxing and beautiful. Most of our stay it rained so we couldn’t go to the lake but still we had fun inside playing games and watching movies. It really was super relaxing. The bed was comfortable and big and the couches super comfortable even fell asleep on them. There are tons of spices for cooking and the bonfire was really nice at night. We toasted marshmallows had a few drinks and just looked at the stars. Yall should definitely book your stay here!

The space was great and fit nine of us comfortably. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were huge, we loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was clean and spacious. We moved chairs inside and outside to have enough for everyone but we didn’t mind. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

A very nice house next to the beach and we had good time with my family. Very good customer service too.

Great accommodation and location. Very convenient to gas station/grocery store right behind the house which had everything you need. Easy access to both private and public beach. Angelina is a great host and communicator. She had alot of useful amenities at her place. Our kids appreciate all the toys and games that came with the property. A well recommended place!

Great property. We really enjoyed all the amenities the property is offered. We were able to catch some fish and enjoy some crabs from the traps provided. Great short walk to the beach for kids to play in the sands, wish the water a bit warmer but they still able to boogie board. We will definitely come back in the summer!

Charming house steeped in the history of Galveston with easy walks to fun shopping and eateries. Our dogs loved the dog friendly patios available so close by and our trip to the nearby East Beach access in Beach Town was perfect. Marshal is very available to help with any questions that might arise.
