Loft holiday rentals in Thailand

This stay was wonderful. As soon as you step through the gate of this urban oasis, the temperature cools noticeably and the cacophony of the city fades away. The host is kind and helpful and speaks perfect English. She is usually on the property 24/7. We loved the elevator, a unique feature that was like our own amusement park ride! lol But stairs are there for additional access. Household workers are also on the property (which is a large compound containing many trees and birds) and were ready to assist with any needs we had. btw They are clearly adults, with children of their own, and the previous reviewer’s perception that they were underage was weird and, frankly, racist. In short, we cannot recommend this property too highly, and plan to stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft, mittlerweile etwas alt, was man am Bad oder der Klimaanlage merkte, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Lage inmitten Urwaldbäumen, Kröten, Echsen und Vögeln. Dies hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Strand war etwas weiter weg, als angegeben (ca 10 Minuten Fußweg). So 100 prozentig reinlich war es auch nicht. Wir fanden beispielsweise Plastikflaschen hinter dem Bett. Trotz alledem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen :-)

Paul is a friendly host. He was there to meet us and helped us with the check-in! The place was clean and as described. There are a lot of eateries in the vicinity. The ARL station is also a few bus stops away.

Khun Patisorn’s place is in the perfect location: next to all the Sukhumvit action and on a great little community park, but tucked away in a quiet corner. The property’s old banyan tree is also a special one. All up, it was a neat, easy and comfortable stay for our family of four. And Khun Patisorn was a great host - very responsive, helpful and flexible.

TRAUMHAFT! Noi & Oliver haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen! Die Unterkunft hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Roller (ein Muss) kommt man zu den besten Spots! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben! Für Thailand weiche Betten. Zu den Hosts: Es gibt wirklich keine Besseren! Sie haben sich um alles Organisatorische gekümmert. Wir wurden vom Pier abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gefahren. Sie haben sich um unsere Roller gekümmert, welche uns vor die Tür gebracht wurden. Oliver ist mit uns zum Arzt gefahren, war stets interessiert wie es uns geht und was er uns gutes tun kann. Wir haben eine lange Liste bekommen mit Restaurant- und Aktivitätsempfehlungen. Oliver hat sich um einen wunderschönen Ausflug für uns gekümmert. Wir haben in einem der beliebtesten Restaurants immer einen reservierten Tisch bekommen. Der persönliche Kontakt war sehr besonders. Eine Herzensempfehlung von uns allen Vier. Vielen Dank!

Clean and convenience place to move in.

Pai's place was great! We only stayed one night, I'm sad we couldn't stay longer! Checkin and checkout was a breeze and it was a short distance to the airport which we needed for our last night. The loft was gorgeous and clean, would definitely recommend!

This is my home away from home. I’ve stayed more times than I can count. The host is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the real Bangkok away from tourist but only a train ride to tourist attractions, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

Amazing Apartment, very comfortable in prime location in Bangkok! A very good address to stay when you visit there. Highly recommend

This place was amazing. It's like having a whole apartment in a resort. The three pools on the roofs of the towers alone are worth the price. The lobbies are opulent. Full size gym is great with yet more great views. There's even a theatre you can reserve. Getting food deliveries is simple with the building drop off point. There's a convenience store attached so if you ever need anything, its right there. Getting out about is a cinch, taxis are able to pull right up the building. You'll have a hard time finding a place with more amenities. I'm basically a nomad these days and almost exclusively live out of Airbnb's, and I can tell you the host here was the best. Answered every question immediately and periodically checked in to see if I needed anything. The host even stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for my arrival. I've never had that in an Airbnb before. If you're reading this, just take the place. You will love it, I promise. I can't say enough about it.

My family and I stayed at Tony’s place for 4 nights and I cannot recommend this location to anyone enough! Tony’s place is in pristine condition as it is newly built, it is a roughly 7 minutes walk to ekkamai station and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Pros: great ambience, clean and big bedrooms with all amenities great for family trip, incredible host Cons: Located near bar which plays loud music at nightime, big flight of stairs (difficult to access for elderly/disablities) I greatly appreciate Tony and how proactive he is in trying to make our stay convenient, there was an issue with the washing machine and in response Tony offered free laundry service and airport transfer for us. There was also a night where super loud music was playing at a bar nearby and in response Tony stayed up until 2am with us trying to get this issue resolved, he even refunded us the amount for that night’s stay. Overall, great location and place, with Tony as a superb host!

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

Wonderful host and wonderful place..

Strategic if you want to get close with EmQuartier. Walking distance. And the place is spacious too for 2 rooms. The toilet is basic but works well. No additional toiletries but fine by me. Host is very responsive.

Simple studio apartment. Good communication from the host.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Everything was OK. Could use internet. Mobile signal is quite poor.

Irina is a great host. Everything is provided in the apartment, there are pool towels, earplugs, sewing kit, first aid kit, noodles for a snack, tea and coffee, frying oil. There is an extra place to sleep on the ground floor. All bed linen and towels are very clean, which is quite rare for Asia))) Irina provides recommendations on the things that surround the condominium - where to eat deliciously, get a good massage, play sports. I’ll be happy to come back to this loft again!

the host was so nice that he gave me another apartment for free for some personal reasons, the people there are so nice, i like that there's a 7-eleven under the building, however i think the price was a little bit expensive for the value. I would recommend it tho.
