Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

The cozy tiny house on the outskirts of the Voralpen village of Thaining invites you to linger. Wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters and the ringing of bells. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, walk to the neighboring outdoor swimming pool or explore the beautiful area between Ammersee and Lech, Füssen and Munich. On a good 20 square meters, Tiny Thaining offers a separate bedroom, a sleeping loft and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove.

Vacation home "Eiche" at Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our house is situated in a quiet location, only 10 minutes walk from the village center, where you can get tasty rolls for your breakfast at the bakery. In the immediate vicinity are: bus stop, hiking and biking trails, LL cross-country ski trail, ice stadium, the Alpcura Reha-Fachklinik and the hospital St. Vinzenz. Bicycle and ski garage is available. The Fwhg. are both non-smoking apartments and have been furnished allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not allowed.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Recreation in Thaining in beautiful Lechrain between Lech and Ammersee in our newly renovated 58m² non-smoking apartment in 2025. It can accommodate up to five guests, and little ones are very welcome. Extensive amenities are available for the little ones. For bicycles, there is a lockable room. Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area (zone of 30) on the outskirts of the village with no through traffic. Not suitable for cat hair allergy sufferers!

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. In just a few minutes you can reach Lake Ammersee, the Alps, Munich and the historic city of Landsberg am Lech. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

Like our apartment, the newly renovated holiday apartment is located in the heart of Füssen old town in the middle of the pedestrian zone. All shops, restaurants, and bars are a short walk away. The train station is 5 minutes away. The castles of Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein are 4 km away and very easily accessible. The surrounding area offers leisure fun without end of the year round.
