Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Whether you want to visit your child in the clinic, plan a bike ride with friends or go hiking. At deinFerienhaus Scheliga you will always find the right thing. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Asklepios Clinic. 20 minutes. We are happy to provide you with one of our private bicycles free of charge - all you need to do is bring your own bike lock. The train station is about a 5-minute walk. Surrounding shops and restaurants as well as cafes are also within walking distance.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. This light, airy studio apartment is located on the top floor of a large, detached villa and provides delightful views over Boppard and the surrounding hills. The generous space is carefully designed and stylishly presented. It comprises a living and dining room (29.3 m²) with an open kitchen area (3.8 m²), 2 bedrooms (11.5 resp. 18.2 m²) and a bathroom with shower and WC (4.4 m²).

We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
