Take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Use the time for yourself and your family to make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Depending on whether it's summer or winter, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the stream outside the hut or warm yourself by the 90-year-old wood-burning stove and enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching the snowflakes outside the window. Leave your laptop at home and treat yourself to a few convivial days in our hut - away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Dieses liebevoll eingerichtete Blockhaus mit Balkon bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Ess- und Wohnzimmer für große Gruppen ausgelegt. Das zentrale Herzstück des Holzhauses ist unser großer Speicherofen, der das Haus im Winter gemütlich warm hält. Das Häuschen befindet sich in der Innlände kurz vor der Grenze zu Österreich. Dadurch habt ihr hier schnellen Zugang zu allen möglichen Bergsportarten und einen tollen Blick!

Your perfect retreat in the middle of nature! Enjoy the beautiful landscape and the short walk (~30 minutes) to Hintersteiner See. In just a few minutes by car you can reach numerous excursion destinations. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply enjoying the peace and the fantastic view. Our cabin offers you a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood stove and a beautiful view of the Alps. The accommodation offered is on the ground floor of the building.

Maja's hut - a fairytale break in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Cabin for skiing or hiking

Astenhütte in the Tuxer Alps. It is located at about 1300 m overlooking the Inn Valley and is the starting point for wonderful hikes and magnificent ski tours. Within walking distance is a snow-covered ski resort with blue, red and black slopes, as well as a toboggan run (Kellerjochbahnen). The hut has been carefully restored and has a wonderful atmosphere. 4 guests can sleep in beds, 4 more on mattresses above the room. Bedding and towels are available for 4 people.

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the hiking area of Unternberg, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed (180x200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage oven and shower/toilet. Enjoy the covered terrace with a corner bench and large table. The hut is accessible by car all year round.

Glasnalm - cozy log cabin in a quiet location

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee colonies, but still very centrally located to shops serving daily needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut true to detail. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
