Detached house for 4 to 6 people completely renovated . Comfortable and well equipped. Quiet in a small hamlet. A large room of 45m2 on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms upstairs. A beautiful garden with games for children. In the heart of the green Périgord, you will be 5 km from Thiviers where you will find all the shops. At the tourist level, the house is located 30 minutes from Brantôme and Périgueux and 50 minutes from Limoges. 1 hour from Montignac and the caves of Lascaux, 1h30 from Sarlat.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil body of water and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bedroom , with either 2 90 beds or a 140 bed. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. The bed and towels provided.
