A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil body of water and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bedroom , with either 2 90 beds or a 140 bed. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. The bed and towels provided.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
