Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. My place is in a great spot – just 15 minutes (13 km) from Roermond, where you can shop at the popular Designer Outlet. Or head south and in 30 minutes (35 km) you’re in lively Maastricht, full of fun bars and nice restaurants. Mijn huis ligt lekker centraal – je bent in 15 minuten (13 km) in Roermond, waar je heerlijk kunt shoppen in het populaire Designer Outlet. Rijd je naar het zuiden, dan sta je in een half uurtje (35 km) in het gezellige Maastricht vol leuke bars en restaurants.

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortress town of Stevensweert. The cottage has its own entrance with a spacious terrace. There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

Vacation home 't Smiske is just enjoyment!

Our cozy, rural home, located in the Bocholt, provides space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with all kinds of play options for the children. Adjacent there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and climbing path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is still room for cross-country with the various go-carts, bicycles, etc. that our lodging has available.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our vacation home is located in Geistingen, a stone's throw from the Dutch border, where it is for young and old, with plenty of possibilities nearby. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy some tourist attractions, such as the day beach "De Steenberg", marina "De Spaanjerd", the Bastion and the Maasplassen. The white town of Thorn or Maaseik are also worth a visit.

It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.
