Monthly Rentals in Three Rooker Island

Nice quiet stay, reasonable and pretty close to a beautiful state park.

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

The apartment was small but functional. The interior and bathroom was updated and well maintained. My stay was 3 months and this unit worked well for my needs. The owner was very responsive and I would recommend a stay here. Off-street parking was a plus.

This little cottage is perfect for walking to just about anything…the park, beach, downtown, the sponge docks, restaurants and shops. There is plenty in the area to see and do. Debbie is the ultimate host. She truly cares about her renters and goes above and beyond. This was our 3rd time staying here and after many Airbnb stays over the years, we see how much work it takes to provide what Debbie does and it’s rare. Her place is exactly as pictured so if it looks inviting to you… don’t hesitate.
