Monthly Rentals in Three Sisters

Lisa-Marie s a wonderful host, very caring, very responsive, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond for us. The apartment is delightful, very comfortable, well located and in a beautiful walkable area. We were delighted with our stay and will reach out to Lisa- Marie the next time we need a place to stay on DC. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Thekitchen has s fully equipped and comes with everything that we needed in the way of utensils, pots, dishes, condiments etc. the bed was comfortable. And the apartment is very quiet with no outside noise. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard patio. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience

Well located apartment with a private balcony and views over the Potomac and Georgetown. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and the lounge and kitchen areas. The private balcony was great for mornings and evenings for sitting outside. The bathroom had a good amount of space for toiletries (two shelves) and had good water pressure and temperature. The shower was slow to drain, so be careful not to be too long. Great location for walking up the Potomac, visiting Arlington Cemetery and Georgetown, and for getting into the centre of town (via Rosslyn metro station). I was out a lot, but on one day an upstairs neighbour sounded like they were doing an exercise session. Obviously not Claire's fault, just a note that despite being in generally very quiet and peaceful surroundings, sometimes neighbours aren't so considerate. Would be nice to have a little tea or coffee on arrival, but the cupboards were full of cooking equipment and crockery. Would be happy to stay again!

Julia's place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable--it was completely pleasant and exactly what I needed for the few days I was in DC. I didn't have time to cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked with the appropriate gear, including a nice induction cooktop (I did make a few pots of tea). The refrigerator is hidden away in the storage closet, which is actually pretty nice, since refrigerators are noisy and the place is small. Julia was very responsive when I needed her to adjust the temperature for me. The "secret" path along the river (covered in the house manual) is worth the walk. You can take it past the bridge, then keep going along the waterfront promenade to the Capitol area, which I did. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in Georgetown, along the way. The Korean place next to the bnb is pretty good and infinitely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Had the absolute best time staying at Alicia and family’s home. Basement unit did not feel like a lower level at all. Huge windows let amazing light in no matter the weather. Stayed for a month and fell in love with the neighborhood and area. Easy access to bus and walkable to downtown Georgetown. Could cook my own meals or order from many many local restaurant options.
