With its own park, an idyllic private lake behind the courtyard, play areas for children and a spacious kitchen with living room, it is the ideal retreat. The property offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor, as well as a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a billiards room and a separate WC on the ground floor.

Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
