Peach, my little Maltese, and I will host you in a private annexe with access from a quiet garden, sheltered from the noise of the street. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner of relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio district. The space is compact, independent and designed for two people, far from the chaos of the historic centre but well connected. The modern design and cosy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional flat.

You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

The accommodation allows you to be close to the historic center but away from crowds and noise. The room is spacious and bright and extremely comfortable. It is equipped with all comforts. In the room, in addition to the double bed, there is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an additional bed on request. The room is characterized by high ceilings with period stuccoes highlighted by pleasant color contrasts, and furnished with sobriety and attention to detail. The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, and bedside table.

The Nest apartment is located just a few minutes walking from the Coliseum and the Celio Park, one of Rome’s nicest green spots; easy walking to all historic monuments. The neighbourhood is residential, family-friendly, and has small supermarkets close by as well as restaurants, cafes, and trattorias. This lovely apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is ideal for couples or solo travellers visiting Rome for either business or pleasure.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

The room is very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and heating. It includes a new bed (160x200), warm lights, blackout curtains, and a luggage rack. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, soaps, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels of various sizes available for each person.

The large and modern double bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed. It includes a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix subscription and a double sofa bed. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower. In addition, the room has a mini-bar, a kettle and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.
