L’appartamento ha due piani, al piano terra oltre che il salotto troviamo l’uscita diretta sulla spiaggia pubblica. Completamente rinnovato con complementi di alto standing. Parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. In 15 min si raggiunge Locarno e Ascona, in 20 min Bellinzona. In 5 minuti a piedi troviamo bar, ristoranti, bagno pubblico, campo da tennis.
