Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

Prunkstück ist das originale Tessiner Cheminée mit dazu gehörigem Pizzaofen im Wohnbereich. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus Parterre, zwei Etagen sowie einer Terasse (Solaio). Ein kleiner Garten mit Kinderspielhaus, Palmen und einem gemütlichen Sitzplatz runden das Angebot ab. In nur 5 Minuten (Fussweg) ist der Lago di Lugano erreichbar.
