Unsere 2 Zimmerwohnung vereint den Charme der mittelalterlichen Altstadt mit Komfort und Romantik. Aus jedem Raum geniesst man eine tolle Seesicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Am Rande der Altstadt von Piodina und am Wanderweg gelegen, sind es nur wenige Schritte in die Natur, die durch mediterrane Vegetation geprägt ist. Öffentliche Gratisparkplätze gibt es in 100m Entfernung. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind durch eine etwas steile Treppe verbunden. Das Badezimmer ist klein und verfügt über eine Dusche.

Das Haus liegt direkt unterhalb der Verzascastrasse und befindet sich unmittelbar in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Auto gelangt man in 10 Minuten auf die Autobahn oder ins Stadtzentrum von Locarno. Vis-a-vis des Hauses stehen öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Optional kann eine Garage dazu gemietet werden.

Die FEWO befindet sich im oberen Teil eines 3-Familienhausenferienhauses mit traumhafter Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Haus befindet sich in absolut ruhiger und sehr sonniger Lage, bietet Platz für 4 Personen max und ist gut erreichbar (Parkplatz vor dem Haus). Alle Wohnungen haben einen separaten Eingang und sind 45m2 gross. Auf der grossen Terrasse lässt sich wunderbar verweilen und die fantastische Aussicht geniessen.
