The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

My property is close to ANGERS, but in the countryside. You will appreciate the calm and autonomy offered by the site. Refurbished location in 2016. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. The bed is made upon arrival. I offer a ping pong table, balls, shuffles, a piece of water for fishing to relax.
