Charming renovated 21 m² studio with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with the Bike Park and the Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).

Built in 1728 and totally refurbished to the highest standards in 2006, this traditional stone and wood Savoyard chalet is located in the tranquil hamlet of La Reculaz, Tignes overlooking the Lac de Chevril. It is just a couple of minutes by free shuttle bus (winter and summer) from the world famous Val D'Isere.
