Holiday rentals with a balcony in Tigullio

Thanks for the pleasant week in Viareggio. We enjoyed the apartment very much and would basically book again. The only thing that bothered us was the noise of the road which is about 10m from the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the apartment has old and simple window glass and these have vibrated and wobbled every car or truck. We all had to sleep with earplugs. That clouded the beautiful overall impression a bit. So if you are sensitive to noise, you should think about it. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and superbly equipped and also only about 200 meters from the beach clubs

Very good stay. The city of Levanto is very pleasant and much more accessible as a family on a daily basis than the villages of the 5 lands. Very pleasant accommodation and in line with the description and photos. Great location, on a quiet street but close to the center and the beach on foot. 2 small downsides: the shower is quite small and not very convenient (could be better for the size of the bathroom) and the building is not very well soundproofed (but it remains ok). The rest is very good, I would recommend it.

Very warm welcome from the owners and attentive to our needs. Very quiet location of the accommodation although located in the center of the village which was very convenient for strolling in the evening or watching the sunset on the beach. But also to take the train or boat and visit the villages of the Five Terres. Great stay!

The apartment is in a great location. We parked the car and didn't need to use it anymore! Despite the lack of air conditioning, even in the heat wave, we were able to sleep properly. Besides, the bedding is excellent! It has everything you need.

Our vacation in Mauro's apartment was just great! He took great care of us and our concerns and questions, from arrival to stay to checkout. He explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips and even provided a crib, high chair and stool on his own initiative. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and the photos, was clean, tidy and very spacious. More than enough for us as a family of five. The kitchen incl. refrigerator is well equipped, the dining table and living area spacious and pleasantly furnished. The bedrooms and beds were more than sufficient in size. In front of each living room there was a balcony, which we could use little due to the weather except for the view and to hang laundry. The bathroom was clean with shower, large vanity and even a washing machine. The apartment is located almost directly on the beach and you can reach everything!

Excellent stay. The welcome is warm and the setting really pleasant. Ideal for resting in peace and enjoying a deckchair after visiting the busier tourist areas. The train station and the city center are within walking distance without difficulty (provided you can walk 30 minutes at a quiet pace). Recommended.

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . We stayed at the apartment in the fall. All listing details corresponded to reality. The beach is within walking distance and there are some restaurants within reach. The apartment is in a good and (at least in the fall) very quiet location. We had a great time at this place with 5 people.

We highly recommend the place. Everything was very clean. We felt comfortable. The dishwasher didn't work properly. But that wasn't too bad for us.

Very welcoming host and clean accommodation with fenced garden ideal for our dog. Perfect location for Cinque Terre and Pisa The house is spacious ideal for large families Quite quiet even if in this spring the maintenance of the hedges and lawns was done around 8 a.m. I would highly recommend it.

A wonderful place. The most amazing location. Great communication with the housekeeper that made us feel really safe. It was a good introduction when we came, and the housekeeper took good time to show us everything. Great standard on the furnitures. Overall very clean when we came. Amazing local restaurants with the most service minded chefs and employees.
