The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Apartment located 19 km from the centre of Rome and 12 km from Tivoli, on Via Nazionale Tiburtina. Connections: Bus outside the house and train station 5 minutes away. About 30 minutes to central Rome, depending on traffic. Places of tourist interest: Rome 30 minutes away, Tivoli with Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana 20 minutes away. Then also Hadrian's Villa, 15 minutes away. Terme di Roma spa is 5 minutes away by road. Tiburtino shopping centre 400 metres away.

The bathroom has a large shower. Outside the small living room you can find a small and comfortable terrace.
