La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Sita in una posizione privilegiata, di fronte alla Mensa Ponderaria, al Duomo e a pochi passi da Villa d’Este, è un rifugio di charme per chi cerca un mix di storia, arte e comfort moderno. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con cura, utilizzando materiali tipici del territorio preservando l’autenticità e valorizzando il legame con la cultura millenaria del luogo.

A home designed to pamper and be pampered, equipped with everything needed for days of relaxation, peace, discovery, and tenderness. The house is in the heart of Tivoli, in the medieval quarter: very close to local restaurants and villas, yet sheltered from the noise. It is on the first floor, accessed by about ten vintage stairs, quite steep. There is a convenient parking lot 350 meters from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
