Vivienda tipo chalet en zona muy tranquila . Muy cerca del parque temático Puy du Fou y cerca del casco histórico de Toledo ( 10 minutos en ambos casos ). Junto a la vivienda, hay un Mercadona y un almacén Variety. Se puede ir andando puesto que está a 300 metros. La vivienda es muy amplia y cómoda (130 m2). Muy luminosa. se encuentra distribuída en una planta con tres dormitorios, dos baños, amplia cocina y un amplio salón con acceso a una gran terraza. Aire acondicionado en cada estancia.

Magnificent house in the Toledo Mountains overlooking Cabañeros Park with a private pool. Close to multiple hiking trails, Puy du Fou park and renowned wineries in the area. Peace and quiet just an hour and a quarter from Madrid. It belongs to a residential development with a Bar Restaurant, Children's Park, soccer and basketball courts, and the river crosses through the residential development where you can enjoy pleasant walks and routes without having to travel, an idyllic environment!

In Olias del Rey, a very nice town with atmosphere, 10 minutes from Toledo and 15 minutes from Puy du Fou. With lots to visit in the surrounding area. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, beds for 11 people. A kitchen with everything you need and a living room to enjoy a great stay. A 450-meter plot, pond with fish, pine trees that provide shade, barbecue, gazebo and a magnificent terrace. In summer (July and August) a toy pool for children only. A retreat in which to enjoy a wonderful stay.
