There is air conditioning in every room as well as central heating. The flat is on the highest floor of a residential block provided with a lift. Premises are wheelchair accessible. Quiet area and neighbourhood.

If it rains, the only access is through the Torre de Esteban de Hambram. We'll let you know the address before we get there. The house is for 8 people but we can accommodate up to 10 sofa beds.

New apartment in the heart of the city. It is in the former Jewish Quarter (Sefarad is the name given in the Bible to modern Spain and Portugal). It is a short walk from the Cambrón Gate and very close to the Sephardic Museum, the Greek House, The Burial of the Lord of Orgaz, the Traffic Synagogue, the Saint Martin Bridge... It has free private parking with capacity for two cars, elevator, AC, Jacuzzi, three balconies on the street, good insulation and plenty of light.
