We do not plow the driveway in winter, you need to shovel off-road park spot, and transport gear to cabin (e.g. by sled, snowshoes) Onsite: hand water pump, outhouse, woodstove, & grill.

It is a short drive to the heart of the Finger Wine Region, with over a dozen tasting rooms within a 45 minute drive!

Easy access to the Fingerlakes Trail and within minutes of several State Parks. This property is located on a seasonal use road that leads to the 11,237 acre wildlife management area. Plenty of privacy but only 15 minutes from Ithaca and 20 minutes to Watkins Glen. If you love nature this place is a must.

Artist & builder Robert Roemsich built this cabin down to the garbage pail & broom! We have 10 forested acres on a small mountain 12 miles outside of Ithaca between Cayuga & Seneca Lakes. Very quiet, private & peaceful. Outdoor hot shower & port a potty shared w/other 2 sites on 10acres. Firewood&BBQ bricks 4sale,cook on open fire or use bbq. Close to many state parks, waterfall hikes galore & many wineries & breweries around the lakes. Votes #1 best small town to visit by CNN travel 2005.
