If you automatic book you confirm your understanding of the following: there is NO electricity, running water, or std. bed/mattresses. AWD vehicle is recommended. We do not plow the driveway in winter, you need to shovel off-road park spot, and transport gear to cabin (e.g. by sled, snowshoes) Onsite: hand water pump, outhouse, woodstove, & grill.

The city of Ithaca and the campuses of Cornell University and Ithaca College are a 10-minute drive away. The cabin sits in the middle of a 3 acre lawn with views of Jennings Pond and its beach area. It is a short drive to the heart of the Finger Wine Region, with over a dozen tasting rooms within a 45 minute drive!

This 28x28 rustic cabins sits on 88.5 secluded acres which borders 11,237 acres of state owned Connecticut Hill Wildlife Management Area with a NYS DEC protected trout stream behind the cabin. Easy access to the Fingerlakes Trail and within minutes of several State Parks. This property is located on a seasonal use road that leads to the 11,237 acre wildlife management area. Plenty of privacy but only 15 minutes from Ithaca and 20 minutes to Watkins Glen. If you love nature this place is a must.

Artist & builder Robert Roemsich built this cabin down to the garbage pail & broom! We have 10 forested acres on a small mountain 12 miles outside of Ithaca between Cayuga & Seneca Lakes. Very quiet, private & peaceful. Outdoor hot shower & port a potty shared w/other 2 sites on 10acres. Firewood&BBQ bricks 4sale,cook on open fire or use bbq. Close to many state parks, waterfall hikes galore & many wineries & breweries around the lakes. Votes #1 best small town to visit by CNN travel 2005.
