We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

You’ll be able to park your car and walk to all the famous restaurants, arcades and games that the boardwalk offers. The condo has a balcony where you can have your morning coffee, the balcony has a partial ocean view. 21 or over. No exceptions. Anyone violating this rule will be asked to vacate.
