Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tonbridge and Malling District

Glyn’s house was just as the listing said. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family with 4 children. Even with 4 little ones it was within easy walking distance to both train station and bus stops. Glyn was friendly and helpful and gave some great suggestions on things our children would enjoy doing in London. I’d stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Harriet’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our family with two young children. Harriet was a wonderful host—proactive, friendly, and provided super clear instructions along with a really useful welcome pack full of great local tips. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

We loved our stay at Lucy and Geoff’s beautiful home. The spa, sauna and ice tub were an added luxury. The house is stunning, extremely welcoming and cozy with wood burning fireplaces. Wonderful kitchen and dinning area with amazing views. It felt very private. Great location, close to shops and cafe’s. We had a recommendation from the local wine merchants to visit the Gallipot Inn for Sunday lunch and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely family run pub with great homemade food. Lucy and Geoff’s house is only a 45 minute drive to Brighton which was a great day trip. Wished we could have stayed longer to explore the area and vineyards. Hosts were lovely to deal with a super communicative. Would highly recommend a stay here. Ideal for families

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

Huis van Hanna en Emma is een leuk huis, Lekker dicht bij het station en dicht bij het bruisende centrum van Brighton. De dames reageren lekker snel op al jou vragen. wat ik als erg prettig heb ervaren. Kortom een echte aanrader!!!

We came for a weekend family trip which included my 3 year old. The property was a 5-10 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube and access to the property easy. The home itself was amazing! Well equipped and fab for a small child who loved sleeping in the bunk beds and reading all the books there. Colliers Wood is on the Northern line and is well served to other parts of the city. We used the Tesco metro which is really near by and enroute from the tube back to the property to stock up on a few bits. There was a Sainsbury's and M and S near by too which we used for our dinner the second night after a busy day sightseeing. The home was just so lovely to relax in after a long day. Peter was super responsive and helpful after I messaged to say it was slightly chilly and this was literally because the weather had only just gone so cold. Peter sorted the boiler for us and provided blankets just in case we were chilly. Great property and great host. Would love to go back!

It's a spacious apartment at a very good location. 5 mins walk to the tube station, direct train to Tottenham Court station. The house is very warm. We had a comfortable stay and had recommended it to our friends.

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

Eravamo due famiglie con due bambini ciascuno. Gli spazi a disposizione sono sufficienti per stare comodi (c'è da allestire il letto in soggiorno oggi notte). Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. I due bagni facilitano la convivenza di 8 persone. Il terrazzo offre una bella vista sul Tamigi. La stazione di North Greenwich è vicina e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi. All'interno della O2 arena ci sono molti ristoranti di varie tipologie. A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Harvey was an excellent host and super responsive to any questions we had, and provided great recommendations in the area, making sure we had the best experience possible. The property itself has such a warm, homely vibe and comfortably fit all 10 of us. The sofa beds were great, and each bedroom was incredibly spacious. I loved that the single beds could be joined to create a super king-size bed, and the ensuite is an amazing room too. The decor throughout is beautiful, and the balcony terrace was a real highlight. We enjoyed sitting out there with a coffee in the morning when the sun was shining, it's such a great space to relax. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in London. Thanks so much!

Easy to locate and access. Neat, clean, and tidy. Walking distance to shops and public transport. Great kitchen with everything we needed.

The apartment was everything we could have asked for a short break in Tunbridge Wells,a 3 minute walk to the town center. The apartment was spotless we slept really well. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for us that was most useful . James greeted us and was living in the house about the apartment so was always there if ever you needed anything . Silvia ist sehr freundlich und reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell und zielführend- das war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sie ist bestens eingerichtet, alles funktioniert, man viel Platz, eine schöne Aussicht und die Overground Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Das ist perfekt. Vielen Dank Silvia. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Paare die im Doppelbett schlafen wollen: Es ist 140 cm breit. Wir können diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in London und Silvia als Gastgeberin nur wärmstens empfehlen !

Appartamento pulito, silenzioso e situato in posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Florin è stato da subito molto gentile e ci ha sempre fornito assistenza immediata. Consiglio l'appartamento per chi volesse visitare Londra.

Had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment which was conveniently located; the building is beautiful and steeped in history and the views were awesome. We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. Remi was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with all my enquiries. The check-in process was seamless, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved how compact everything was! I would highly recommend. Thank you, Remi, for making it hitch-free! We will definitely be back when we’re in London again!

Fabulous seafront apartment with great views and centrally located. Our stay included 2 adults and 2 small children and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the I360. Would definitely recommend.
