Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. I offer a cozy apartment on the 1st floor of my small settlement house (DHH). The Forstwald district is located on the outskirts of Krefeld and is surrounded by fields and forest. Nevertheless, you can reach the highway entrance towards Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach or the Netherlands (A44, A52, A57, A61) in a few minutes. ‼ ️ The apartment is not suitable for people with animal hair allergies. 2 dogs live in the house and guest dogs are welcome ‼️

Charming apartment in a quiet residential complex located directly on the park, yet good connections Düsseldorf can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, tram stop to the center within walking distance. The apartment is nevertheless suitable for trade fair visitors, temporary workers or vacationers who are cheap AND want to stay in a top location of Krefeld nicely. The residential complex is located on a dead end street directly to a park with lake.

Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.
