Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

You can also enjoy the large Rochefort market between 7 am and 12:30 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at the foot of the building. The nearest beaches are 15 km away, La Rochelle 40 min and Royan 45 min... Free 1000-space car park 2 min walk.
