Monthly Rentals in Topsail Beach

This place was BEAUTIFUL 😍 host was SO kind. You don’t find many souls like this anymore, unfortunately. They provided such a beautiful place for us and our kids to experience. Host was super flexible and responded within minutes if we had a questions. I’ll definitely be back & recommend anyone looking for some privacy with the feeling of “home away from home”. What a perfect location literally right on the beach! We really enjoyed watching the dolphins play and jump every morning from the balcony! The mattress in the bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom towels smelled so fresh and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. It was super convenient having beach chairs already there for us to use. Christine was super responsive when we messaged her as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited Daniel's condo for our 44th wedding anniversary. We just wished we had stayed 3 nights instead of 2 nights. We have not been to Surf City in probably 9 years so was surprised at the amount of folks that were out and about. Of course, it was Easter weekend as well. It is also interesting that to park in many locations you now "pay" to park. The condo was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed all the "extras" that were left for us. One thing we struggled with was trying to figure out how to "start" the microwave, LOL. Guess we are showing our age!! We would definitely come back and also refer our friends and family to the condo! Thanks again for everything.

Wow! Honestly out of all the places I've stayed this had been my favorite. The area is so nice and quiet, it's about 2 blocks from the beach, and the hosts were so helpful with quick responses. The place was very clean & neat, welcoming and it had all the necessities. We expecially loved the garage play room. We spent most of our time here and fishing. We loved it so much we have already booked another stay in a few months and are super excited about coming back. Highly recommend!
