Our laneway house is bright and spacious. Recently finished, the house has virtually all new furniture and appliances and is a comfortable and convenient 'home away from home'. It's centrally located in a lovely neighborhood, steps away from several amenities, including restaurants, grocery stores, parks and the subway. Regulatory note: House has been inspected for compliance with the fire code. Exit routes and emergency numbers are posted in the house.
