Enjoy a luxurious stay in a unique property in the highly sought-after Mineola neighbourhood of Port Credit, Mississauga. 5' walk to Port Credit go, 1 train to Union, downtown Toronto. This is the lower unit in the house with a separate entrance from the upper unit. This spacious & well-designed house gracefully perched on the edge of the Credit River with a take-your-breath-away view. Kayak, fishing... in the summer or skating on the frozen Credit River in the winter (weather permitting).

Relax in this quiet, private room - ideal for extended stays. Enjoy shared access to all the homes amenities. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Koffee, a small, 9-pound, non-shedding Yorkshire Terrier also lives in this home. For longer stays, a third and fourth guest can be accommodated on the futon in the living room. This setup works best for a family or a group staying multiple weeks. I only accommodate one guest, one family, or one group at one time. This is not a multiple-guest listing.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Relax or create in this spacious basement room. There is recording studio available right in the house! Close to all amenities, and transportation routes. If your a animal lover I'm sure they would add to the scenery, and overall tranquilly however there are no Cats Or Dogs allowed at this time!
