The accommodation matches the description; it is ideal for group travel as privacy is maintained but common areas are shared. It is located downtown to walk everywhere and the street is quiet to rest. Parking is also easily available. Raúl was very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

The apartment is just as described, quiet and very welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we need. It is very well located , very close to everything. 5 minutes from Downtown. It is very close to a bar to be able to dinner that I recommend 100% La Calancha. And a little higher up for breakfast a churrería where they also put some very good toast. Antonio Jesús was always attentive to any questions and responded quickly. The last day also gave us flexibility to go out after lunch, a lot of detail!!! Wishing to return to Úbeda to repeat.

The accommodation is very good. We've been comfortable. To put a hit, I would say that the bathroom is a little awkward and the crib that they put on us for our baby, regulator, because when it stood and rested, the sides of the crib sank. The rest, everything's fine.
