Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Börja morgonen med frukost på terrassen med utsikt över poolen. Bara 150 m bort väntar Playa de Los Locos – perfekt för lata dagar vid havet. Ta ett dopp i poolen, njut av stranden och avsluta dagen med en kvällspromenad längs havet och en paella på någon av strandrestaurangerna. Även nära Playa del Cura, med restauranger och barer på promenadavstånd. Gratis garageparkering ingår. Urbanisationen påminner om en gammal spansk by – en charmig, grön oas mitt i Torrevieja.

При позднем заезде рядом магазин 24 часа. Рядом остановка огромный выбор ресторанов, прокат самокатов. До центра 10 минут пешком.
