The location is very close to the beach, the apartment is suitable for that price, it has all the equipment of a normal floor.

Thank you for the amenities in the apartment we rented from you. The apartment has everything you need that makes it very easy to stay in it. Thank you very much for the capsules for washing, because we did not have any and with children it is impossible not to wash. (the only wish is that you buy a dryer for things because one rope on the balcony is very small) Thank you again, we wish you good tenants.

Perfect to go alone or as a couple. The apartment has everything you need and you can leave the car on the street to walk to the beach or restaurants.

I had a pleasant trip to Torrevieja, the location of the apartment was very close to the beach and local restaurants and shops, within walking distance of the centre also. The apartment was clean and well presented, check-in and out was flexibly managed, with great communication. I would definitely recommend to others wishing to visit Torrevieja.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Olga kept in touch before we arrived and we were able to check in earlier which was great. The apartment was so clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was ideal. 30 seconds from the beach and 3 lovely restaurants/ bars. Also a 10 min walk to the main promenade. We could not fault this property at all and is definitely worth a stay.

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

For the Punta Prima area, this is a perfect location. Ian's communication was clear and precise. The apartment had everything you needed.
