Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar, steht zur exklusiven Nutzung zur Verfügung und lädt an vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen ein.
