A central apartment that is less than 5 minutes from the 2 metro lines and Matabiau train station! 15 minute walk to the city center! Easy parking in the neighborhood, but most spaces are paid now for a fee. The apartment is 75 m2 fully equipped. Comfort, taste and space. I live in the accommodation but especially I live in my room. The common areas are at your disposal:)
