Loft holiday rentals in Toulouse

I stayed at this appartment for 70 days during a work trip and can highly recommend it, especially also for longer stays. It is well equipped, with a washing machine, a dish washer, speakers, television and hairdryer and it is very central. At the same time, it is quiet since it is inside a courtyard, and I could sleep well. The high ceilings and windows are beautiful, and François is very attentive and responsive whenever you need him.

The place was just as it appeared. There are many stairs so if you have difficulty this is probably not a good fit. It is in a great location. We walked everywhere. The food tour was excellent.

Le logement était impeccable, propre et très bien équipé. Tout correspondait à la description, et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. L’hôte était accueillante et gentille, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de bons conseils. Je recommande !

The apartment is nice and comfortable and excellently located in a neighborhood full of great restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk from the train station. Emilien is a great host.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Valery und Jean. Die beiden sind bestrebt, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen, ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Das Zimmer mit eigenem WC und Bad ist sehr einladend mit einem grossen und sehr bequemen Bett, habe da wunderbar geschlafen. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist praktisch, unweit vom Bahnhof, ein Supermarkt ist gerade in der Nähe. Ich habe Hilfe beim Waschen bekommen und wurde zum Frühstück mit einem Pain au Chocolat überrascht. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und geben Tipps, sind immer bereit für einen kleinen Schwatz, lassen einem aber auch Freiraum und im Zimmer ist man ganz für sich. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Toulouse. Vielen Dank Valery und Jean.

Great location on Rue des Filatiers, the main street in Carmes. 3 min walk to the best market in Toulouse. Also a short walk to stations for both the A and B metro lines. Even though it’s on the main street, the apartment is quiet because it’s on an interior courtyard. As others have mentioned, it’s up three flights of steps so be prepared to hike and prefer smaller over larger luggage. The flat is owned by a coffee lover and has all you need to make a great cup, whether you prefer pour over, espresso, drip or pods.
