Accommodation for 1 person. ☺️ It will be a pleasure to welcome you to the 13-square-metre studio adjoining the house, which has been air-conditioned since 07/2025 It is completely self-contained, with its own entrance, bathroom, toilet and kitchen, and a 140 x 190 cm bed with an excellent new Bultex mattress, a large TV with Chromecast and Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped, everything will be provided for you, for the kitchen, for sleeping... close to Toulouse, Airbus, airport.. delivery of keys upon arrival in person.

Please note that we have installed two cameras on the terrace for the safety of our tenants. Parking is available outside.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Picasso stop) 15-minute drive from the 'La Ramée' Leisure Center.

It is adjacent to our house but independent (separate entrance).
