Lovely west coast cottage of about 85 sqm in Beddingestrand with large secluded plot about 350 meters from child-friendly beach. Bus stop about 400 meters. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, conservatory, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby there are restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, pizzerias, tennis, golf, a swimming area and lovely walking trails.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Welcome to our little strawberry place – a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling cornfields and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus.
